For Bill, getting into real estate was a chance encounter. Originally working at a bank as a young man, Bill was asked by a local broker to work for him after being let go. What followed was 40 years in the real estate industry, 27 of them with auctioneering experience. He finds both careers to be fascinating, and has discovered that helping people makes his job even better. It was at his real estate company, Century 21 Howe Realty & Auction, that Bill met and hired Jim Edmonds. The two men worked together for many years.
